Condolence: Alice, family and friends,
We will always remember Goober as an all around nice guy that would do anything for you. He was taken from all of us way too soon but the Big Guy upstairs always takes the good ones first. It will be hard to pull into Holiday Valley and not see him around. He will surely be missed. We are sad and so sorry. Prayers and condolences to all.

Condolence: I met Goober working at Holiday Valley. He trained me to be a fine Vehicular Placement Technician by working side by side with me in my early years at HV. His work for him was like second nature , he had such a presence about him , it was as if he was communicating with the guests telepathically as they followed his gestures of direction with ease. Later on he would become our boss when Don (Tootsie) Roll retired. Over the years as we worked together during the ski seasons we became much more than co-workers , we became friends and a better friend I could not even wish for. Goober was to me a friend , a mentor , a brother and I will miss him the rest of my days. God bless and comfort you Alice in this time of mourning and sorrow.

Condolence: Goober was my dear friend at Holiday Valley - I grew up with 3 brothers, and considered Goober my fourth one at Holiday Valley. He was a great teacher, always full of good humor and fun. He had such patience with me when needed! I could always go to Goober for help, and I knew he had my back, no matter what. Goober was a reliable, dependable friend, and I miss him dearly. My life was made better because I had Goober as a friend in it. It will not be the same without him, but I am truly blessed to have known him. It is with tears in my eyes, that I must say goodbye, but there is a happiness in my heart for I was so very fortunate to have known Goober. He will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you now, Alice, God bless you, Mary Pat
