Michael W. Kazmark, Sr., of Mill St., East Otto, died Wednesday November 14, 2018 in the Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gowanda at the age of 77.
He was born November 7, 1941 in the Town of Ashford, New York a son of the late Peter and Cecilia (nee Breymiller) Kazmark. He was a truck driver for ALP Steel in Buffalo, enjoyed hunting and was a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his sons - Michael Jr. (Lisa) Kazmark of Centerville, Terry (Heidi) Kazmark of East Otto; four granddaughters - Crystal (Zachary) Marsh, Amber (Forrest) Hess, Jessica Kazmark & Michele Kazmark; two great-granddaughters - Ava Weishan and Natalie Marsh; step-children - David, John, Billy & Ella Booth, Lisa (Rob) Poll, Linda (Dan) Thompson; brother - Ken (Edith) Kazmark of Springville; sister-in-law - Gloria Kazmark of Canandaigua, 13 step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter - Jackie Kazmark who passed away January 19, 2017; wife - Jeanette (nee McGlen) Kazmark who passed away in 2000; siblings - Katherine (late Ed) Wilkey, Donald Kazmark, James (late Margie) Kazmark; step-son - Chuck Booth; and his former wife and mother of his children - Phyllis (nee Hatch) Renik.
Friends may call Sunday November 18, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home, 271 E. Main St., Springville, where funeral services will be held Monday November 19, 2018 at 11 am. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Springville.
