Robert F. Wolf, of Transit Line Rd., Springville, died Monday January 22, 2018 in Mercy Hospital, Buffalo at the age of 66.
He was born February 11, 1951 in Buffalo, New York a son of Mary (nee Renaud) and the late Robert Wolf. He served in the U.S. Air Force - Air National Guard from February 1, 1970 through December 31, 2006. He was awarded many awards and citations to include the Air Force Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Air Reserve Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Award.
He was a truck driver for Tops in Buffalo, was a taxidermist for S & S Taxidermy in Springville and enjoyed hunting.
He is survived by his wife - Patricia (nee Langiewicz) Wolf whom he married February 8, 1992; his mother - Mary Wolf of Springville; a daughter - Lindsey (Walter) Sorensen of Honolulu, HI; step-daughters - Jennifer (George) Wenner of Grand Island, Carrie Ann (Michael) McBride of Elma, Jennifer Augustino of Clarence, Beth Ann (James) Martens of Salamanca; two brothers - James (Julie) Wolf of Dallas, TX, Matthew Wolf of Cheektowaga; a sister - Mary (Timothy) Stubblebine of Concord; parents-in-law - Donald & Mary Langiewicz of Alden; four sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, 16 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephew.
Friends may call Sunday January 28, 2018 from Noon - 5 pm at Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home, 271 E. Main St., Springville, where funeral services will be held Monday January 29, 2018 at 11 am. Following its' completion, he will be buried in the Pembroke National Cemetery.
