Kathleen M. Stoltenburg (nee Laubisch), of East Otto, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Gowanda Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility at the age of 59.
She was born on July 2, 1958 in Buffalo, NY- a daughter to Edwina and the late Charles Laubisch. After high school, Kathleen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
She worked as a Registered Nurse for the McAuley Residence Nursing Home in Buffalo as well as for Willcare, also in Buffalo, NY. She was an advocate of the Dog Rescue Program, and loved to paint and read.
Kathleen is survived by her mother: Edwina Laubisch; her beloved husband: Arthur L. Stoltenberg; her sons: Clint Stoltenberg; Lee (Jennifer) Ferguson; siblings: Scott Laubisch; Melinda Merkel; mother-in-law: Florence Stoltenberg; she was beloved "cookie" to grandchildren Jack and Heidi; also survived by her dearest cousin: Sharon Friel; dearest friend: Sandy Peters; aunts, an uncle, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father: Charles Laubisch; father-in-law: Wilbur Stoltenberg; and grandparents: Clarence and Pauline Laubisch; Edward and Melina Pacosz.
There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
